Tax information outstanding

Can someone explain to me what the tax information is about that fnb wants me to complete. 1) I have a bond which is over 1 million with fnb 2) i don't personally bank with fnb, i was a private banker but due to their stinking attitute i left. The only accounts I have is a business account which i will be closing and my children's account which I will be closing. 3) i will also be moving my bond to my current bank because fnb is useless. 4) Aftet all these years that i have been using them for business and children's account they can't approve a credit card. 5) i am always paying extra for my bond as a result there is more than 120k extra on the bond payment. 6) why must I complete a personal tax with you? Just to see the name disgusts me. By next week all my accounts will be closed.
