Good day
I need assistance with Tax free shares Account,The reason why I opted for hellopeter is because I tried calling this people until my R100 airtime was exhausted with zero assistance.some tried to transfer me then the call would get cut off , some will give me numbers to call, when I call those numbers the agent would transfer me again and give me another number to call, I feel like they are playing games with me. Alrite please help me to close and withdraw the money in the account because I can no longer afford the deductions as I am now unemployed due to covid restrictions. Your assistance will be much appreciated.

It is 2022 but my 2021 query has no been resolved yet. I am very dissapointed with FNB. I am really considering to switch banks, maybe I will get better customer service there.
