Tax free savings is missing

My tax free savings was supposed to be deposited into my account on the 4th. 1. It still is in my account 2. I clearly stated tax free but the message person transfers me to the wrong department. 3. That department transfer me to the correct department which then just ends the call after me holding for 30 minutes.

Fnb is not giving me money.
