Tax free department incompetency

I have been calling the FNB tax free shares desk since 28 April to no avail. I've contacted my private banker and went through the secure chat option a new number is always given but all of them never get answer. All I asked was that they close the tax saving account which is costing me R85 a month. And I wanted to withdraw from Tax free shares account. No one ever gets back toe and if they do it's just to send me a number that never gets answered.
