Tax department is garbage

I am livid They kept spamming me for tax info I went to the bank and they said they just needed to update my proof of address so I did that

Still got spammed

I answered the call and victor called to say he’s emailed tax forms and I didn’t reply : for some reason he has an old email address of mine and I corrected him and he re sent the email

I filled the forms and he still had a problem saying he needs it in pdf form so I re rent it TWICE

The next they they blocked my account saying they didn’t get it

I emailed I called no answer

Went to the bank got my account unblocked

And today again they emailed me

TAX INFO OUTSTANDING

I SENT IT Also I’m not even employed yet so what tax info do you even want

Get your stuff updated FNB you’re annoying as hell
