***** TAT

I registered a ***** case and I was told this take 7 to 30days to Resolve! But that I would have feedback of some sort after 7days. It's been 11 days and I have had to call in for feedback. No I am informed that I must just hang tight the ***** investigator has up to 30days. Surely for a decision perhaps but not for feedback. In this digital age 30days for feedback is extremely disappointing. I am sure we can expedite some of the feedback.
