Tapping system that doesn't work!
Good day, This is my 6th attempt in the past 3 trying to resolve this! First 3 attempts were via the online chat group then via your call centre which was put on hold for over 40min. My understanding with the card tapping system is that it only allow transactions under R200 to process without a pin. My card has processed transactions for over R2000 without asking for a pin! FNB claims to be protecting their clients and this is the exact opposite! I want the tapping system cancelled on all my cards with immediate effect.

15 Jul 2020, 17:27Secondly.....I got an SMS stating that a debit order would go off and the SMS also stated that if I didn't authorise the debit I should click on a link. When clicking on the link I kept giving me an error.
I called the call centre, and as usual, I was put on for over 40min and the phone dropped.
The debit went off.
My understanding was that I was able to reverse and block debit orders online that were under R200. When attempting to reverse the debit, I got an error message stating that I should contact the service provider! How on earth do I contact a service provider I know nothing about. Is FNB now saying that this debit order will go off **********ly for as long as this company wants to without my own bank protecting my money?
