Tap to Pay Limits!!

I was on secure chat with Michelle, regarding de-activating tap options on my banking cards etc, she mentioned that you cannot deactivate a tap option on the cards and can only enforce a PIN, which i understand.

so i asked to please ensure my credit card & debit/cheque card that a pin number is enforced, to which she said she can only do it on the cheque card and NOT THE CREDIT CARD??

to then, i asked to proceed with enforcing a pin for all tap options along my account & cards, which she said she will do so, takes up to 72hrs apparently.

i then asked that my "tap daily" budget be the Standard R500 that she says comes standard in the banking world today, please explain to me how i can have a DAILY LIMIIT for all online, vouchers, transfers, withdraws etc to *** limit but the people at FNB are telling me that i cannot make a limit on the TAP option? I want it to only be R500 a day (with a pin too) which i understand if no pin allowed then make it R500 a day!!!

Ive just had a friend ****med out of money but taps under R500 each and all his money has been taken out of his account in one day... FNB I want answers as to why we cannot make out tap daily limit to be R500
