Tap to pay issues doesnt get attended to

I have reported numerous times to FNB that the banking app will not let me activate my tap to pay. Every time i try to activate it, it says that the system is currently unavailable. I even emailed a screenshot of the error to FNB but have never heard from them. I would understand if my phone is not supported, but it worked on my phone about 3 to 4 years ago, and that is how i paid. I am not impress with the service regarding technical service.
