Tap To Pay error disappointment

Went to woolworths to get a few supplies, only to get to the till and the tap to pay is not working. The call centre's are closed and my private banker's contact was not available. I called private suite and the poor lady could not assist me. I was at a shopping center with no fnb ATM. Checkers does scan to pay, but not for withdrawals.

It was so embarrassing leaving the shops as if I habe no money to pay for my supplies when their stupid system was the one acting up.

Driving around shopping centers with an FNB ATM has cost me more petrol and frustrated.

Seriously FNB I'm super disappointed.
