Tap and go limit

One good way to not spread the virus (covid-19) would be to be able to tap and go at the shops that offer the service as then you have less people touching the keypad and spreading the virus to each other. I have been passed from person to person at the call centers (roughly 8 people and counting) as I would like my tap and go limit increased from the floor limit of R200 so that I can at least go to the shops and actually pay for my groceries without having to touch the keypad of the card machine. Apparently there are also no managers that are working at the moment so I cannot be transferred to someone that can help me. Especially at a time in our lives where the whole world is trying to implement procedures to prevent the spread of the virus I would have thought that this would be a very simple solution that could be offered to FNB clients.
