Tap and Go
I am apalled at the service that I am receiving from FNB. I was not aware that the tap and go was active on my card until a retailer brought it to my attention. I immediately went to the branch and asked them to cancel the facility. I did not recive a repsonse from them so I went to HelloPeter. the agent that called me advised that it was definetly cancelled. Yesterday I went to a store and they tapped my card and it is still active I do not understand why FNB is not cancelling this facility that I NEVER WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I cannot understand how a bank can offer this facility knowing the crime crate is so rife in our country. I NEED THIS FACILITY CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
