If I could I would give negative 10 stars!!!! I call the ***** line and a dumb robot is asking how they can help!!! I talk to the dumb robot but it tells me to go to the app!!! I'm calling to Talk to someone, not transferred to an app! Someone *****s money and I report it but you are more concerned about how she chatted to me without resolving my query!
