TAKING MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION
taking money without permission.... I am a loyal customer at Fnb. I have a debit card account with fnb for a long time now. On 27th of June 2019 i visited Fnb festivall mall branch and i had really poor service. the ladys name was Ester. I queried an amount of R1050 that was debited by fnb from my account relating to "penalties" of my account. The other day a court order was made out relating to South african banks are not allowed to deduct money without ones permission". Fnb DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO DEDUCT SUCH A AMOUNT FOR SO CALLED PENALTIES. Really bad service from such a distincitve bank i AM NOT HAPPY
