Taking money off and Ridiculous Rejection Quotes.

Its been thee Worst Experience with FNB and i have never had an issue like this. I have two complaints to address...the first one is taking Personal Loan off earlier than actually agreed upon. which is not the date agreed upon and unnecessary charges had come off which isn't my problem...i want those Reversed and back into my account as FNB Made the mistake and please explain the extra Interest Fees especially since I agreed to pay a R2000,00 loan off. And secondly the Phones department I had my phone sent in but came back as liquid damage...that's not the part that gets to me...the part that gets to me is the Rejection quote...What damn Courier charges R500,00...that's madness!!! and Ridiculous and literally Robbing!!

I will have my own Courier Collect my phone plus deliver to me for under R86,00..send me your address where my phone is..id never pay that stupid Rejection quote for the Courier!!
