Taking from me prior to a "season for giving"

Thanks for reducing my credit card limit without even consulting me. Never mind the fact that you state that the credit act allows you to do so. Whatever happened to common courtesy and caring about your customers. To think that I valued your service as a bank and even referred you to all my family and friends! This is how I get repaid???? You just decide I'm over indebted, and just reduce my credit limit. More like a slap in the face.... Be assured that I will be closing all my accounts with you as soon as I possibly can. All the rewards in the world can't make up for the way you've been treating your loyal customer!
