Taking Forever For FNB to FNB Transfer!

I cannot understand why FNB takes forever to transfer money. Yesterday a transfer was done into my moms account from an attorney and it has yet to reflect. My attorney and my mother are both FNB, On the FNB site it states that it can take up to 12 Hours for ***** reasons. All fair, but it has been nearly 24 Hours and still nothing. Tried calling, but the phone just rings and i get cut off. Please can anyone from FNB contact me and tell me what is going on. When will I receive the funds?
