Taking everything twice

My Account was debited twice for my credit card payment. I have raised it in the secure chat, the one transaction was removed but my available amount wasn't adjusted. Fast forward 2 days. And my account was debited twice for my life cover premium. The agent at Life said the A usually indicates arrears premium, however my premium has never been in arrears.
