Taking Debit Orders which should not be done

FNB was made aware that they should no longer be taking debit orders as they will be paid directly for them. When phoning them to reverse the transactions - they refused and said that they will only do so next month. I am not a Millionare that can pay two service providers in one month.

FNB was one of the leading service providers but i do feel this has changed and that they need to change back to the way they were - Customer Service and Satisfaction is still Key to keeping Clients and keeping them Happy.

i have been with FNB for over 20 years now and for the first time i am now considdering to change due to not having the customer service like i usually would have and just there \no care"attitude. and since when do they charge so much for every single transaction? my word - the amounts being charged add up to so much!

FBN you can really step back up a notch to client satisfaction and les fee's being charged."""
