taking customers for a ride

Have a Credit Facility on your FNB Fusion Private Clients Account or an Overdraft on your FNB Private Clients Cheque Account AND use at least R1000 of your Overdraft limit or Credit Facility per month.

You won't collect these points if your FNB Fusion Account Credit Facility or Cheque Account Overdraft limit isn't used for at least 24hrs of a business day and if your account doesn't stay in a positive balance for at least 24hrs.

On the 2020-10-03 I transferred the entire AVAILABLE BALANCE out of my Fusion account which should make my balance -1000, however, the BALANCE was displayed as -955 because a 45 rand service fee was FROZEN from my AVAILABLE BALANCE making it physically impossible for me to reach the -1000 target. That service fee was from a transaction that was done on 2020-10-01 so I regard my R1000 limit as USED.

NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CHEAT MY OUT OF THE REWARDS THAT I EARNED BECAUSE IT SHOWS -955 ON THE STATEMENT

THEY ARE HIDING BEHIND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Qualifying spend is based on the date the merchant posts the transaction to the Qualifying Account for payment, which may be different to the date the actual purchase took place and the funds were reserved for the purchase, as per the InContact message regarding the reservation of the funds, which is sent to you at the time of the purchase. We cannot be held liable for any delays in merchants posting transactions.

THE TERMS DO NOT DISQUALIFY ME FROM EARNING THE POINTS. THE RULE SAYS 'use' BUT THE TERM SAYS 'qualifying spend' WHICH DOES NOT MATCH THE RULE.

THE BANK FEE WAS RESERVED ON THE FIRST OF OCTOBER THEREFORE IT WAS 'used' AND I AM VERY CERTAIN FNB CHARGE INTEREST ON THAT RESERVED AMOUNT FROM THE MOMENT IT IS RESERVED.

Therefore the R45 was USED on 2020-10-01

GIVE ME MY 1000 POINTS. IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. I DID MY PART
