taking client for a ride

this is ridicules i settle a account 2 months ago , now want to buy a car but can not , it still shows on my itc score,,, i will not recommend this bank to nobody at all , will close all my account and change my house bond with them very disappointed. no joy with dis bank fnb lost me as a client
