TAKING AND TAKING AND TAKING CLIENTS MONEY!!!!!!

******* their loyal long term clients. Account used by my employee went into arrears (its not even an overdraft account) with an amount of R300, THEY CHARGE ME R 7 000.00 in interests because of this R300 in a matter of 3 months. If this isn't *****, then what is?????

WHO GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO DECIDE THAT THIS ACCOUNT CAN GO IN ARREARS? HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU CHARGE R7000 INTEREST ON A R300 ARREARS AMOUNT??? NO EMAIL, NO SMS, NO CALL TO INFORM ME THAT THEY WILL BE RIPPING ME OFF!!!!

Now you CONVENIENTLY put my other accounts ON HOLD because of an -R300 amount! Im running a business with this account and this caused a lot of inconvenience - from a place which you are suppose to trust and make you feel like your money is in good hands... this is how we get treated!!! DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!! AND OBVIOUSLY NO ONE CAN HELP UNLESS I PAY THE R7000. - ALL BECAUSE OF R300 THAT WENT INTO A MINUS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!!!

PATHETIC!!!
