Taking advantage of your customers
Why does one have to give an additional instruction for a fixed deposit to be withdrawn ? I have had a fixed deposit for 12 months and you have always tried to reinvest the deposit for an extended period. You make it as difficult as possible for your customers to get their investments paid out which isnt right.
