Taking advantage of the working class

They dont deserve even 1 star. I went to the branch two weeks ago to settle my overdraft and close the account, was told it should be done in 24 to 48 hours. When the time lapsed I enquired again, was told it was escalated and should take 3 to 5 working days. Today I enquire and they are escalating again and I am told it will take up to 7 days. This level of unprofessionalism and inconsideration is unacceptable. Their bank charges are ridiculous and I just want to cut ties with FNB but they wont let me
