Taking advantage of customers during challenging times

I am so angry my husband got paid and FNB has the nerve to debut his account for 5000 leaving us with no rent money and food this month. I cannot believe FNB would do this during these challenging times. They refuse to listen to reason and they lie that they are assisting people. During these challenging times instead they are taking advantage. My husband is the only one working at this time and this is what they do??? Collect debt leaving us with no way of living.... my husband has decided to close his account.. however where does this leave us financially????
