Takes them 30 min to open an account, but cannot close the account. They are a laughing stock!!!!!!

FNB is the Telkom of banks. Slow, unreliable and just down right ***********. After the horror show I experienced with them, I opted to cut ties and close my account. I was contacted and told it would take 2 business days. 5 days have passed and unfortunately I am still an FNB customer. I hate this freaking bank!!!
