Taken more money after I cancelled the useless polucy

Further to my complaint about FNB short term insurance and the disappointment of trying to claim and being made to feel like I hadn't paid enough premiums to warrant a claim payout and that like I had done something wrong when I was the victim of crime...I've cancelled my Policy with immediate effect and had confirmation I've cancelled it. THEY HAD THE CHEEK TO TAKE ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER OF MY PREMIUM TODAY!!! For a service I couldn't use when I needed it, always paid my premiums on time and cancelled with acknowledgment from them they have the audacity to take a further debit order when they should be paying back all my premiums I've wasted with them. I'm furious and I can't even call or anything cause it's a holiday. I'm looking to close my entire portfolio Pvt and business accounts and walk away from this bank for good. It's disgusting how they take from their customers and give nothing but grief back.
