Takelot poor bank card delivery service

I've been smsd to call the call center every time I call I get a machine playing a tune and assuring me that my call is important. On the contrary this is a insult to me and I really need my bank card. I've been on hold for 12 minutes a piece. What about my Airtime that is being wasted. I'm losing money trying to arrange delivery of my bank card. Makes me think if anyone is even employed at the call center. Pathetic service. Hope takelot loses the contract.
