Takealot "delivery" team burning FNB.

Why would FNB, a bank that has to keep face in a highly competitive industry, use such a useless courier service? The Takealot delivery team is so ***********. They call you, then they don't say a word, put the phone down in your ear within the first few seconds and then you get a sms saying they cant get hold of you you should call them back, 3 weeks pass and no effort from Takealot delivery team trying to contact me...So I (try) calling them, on hold for about 15 minutes each time, just to be cut off again trying to organise delivery of a card. This last year I received four card from FNB, and it happened EVERY single time. Please FNB, you can be associated with Takealot's *********** delivery team, they are doing great harm to your reputation.
