Takealot Courier for FNB cards are trashing your reputation!

FNB I am not happy with the Takalot courier you have chosen to deliver my card. The courier gives one ring to register that they have phoned me.. ONE RING! This has happened three times. I then get to a message to say courier have tried to phone me and I must now sit on a phone and wait for someone to answer their phones. Please leave our cards for collection at our local FNB. At least then I know I will receive my card with no fear of it being ******. Oh, the courier will also say that the card will be delivered that afternoon and never arrive.. I am not amused
