Take my money again after payment was done

<p>I paid my credit card on the 28th of April. On the 29th the payment was taken again from my cheque account and when I checked the payment amount to be made was R0 and the payment due date is the 2nd of May. So 1st of all why was the payment taken AGAIN and 2nd why was it taken before the due date?? Had a chat with online secure chat and now have to wait till tuesday because that is just how it is? Shocking shocking shocking! Fix this ASAP, I am at my last with FNB. Always have issues, I have never had a good experience with FNB, honestly dont know why I still try and stay with you.</p>
