Take money easly but slow to payback

Can not belive in a time like this where people are struggling,FNB still goes,after i have a arrangement to pay off my personal loan that is in arrear,they still took this months instalment,the arrears amount which is the whole installment amount and the arranged arreas payoff amount from my account.i have phoned them on Friday 25th September and they said sorry about that and that they will reverse the installment amount back into my account,but will take 5 to 7 working days!!!How difficult can it be just to reverse it right away.i will have to put my tent up one of these days at aFNB branch as i dont have money to pay my rent now as i have to wait.Fnb was never this useless.Anyways...
