Take-Me-Nowhere

1st time I've actually attempted to make use of the "free- take-me-home" service. Couldnt book a time- was told they could collect me at 2am or nothing- 2am came and went - 2.15am came and went (at this point if oyu are not at your car the drivers are instructed to leave and count it as a trip) so I phone call-centre- no help- they didnt know where the driver was or how long he was going to be still. ended up cancelling and driving ourselves home in an ******* state - useless perk- uselss bank. I'm so tired of supporting this institution when nothing ever goes right- they double debit homeloan repayments- or charge interest on balances at invonenient times of the month- forcing the accouont to be in excess and then charging fees for that also- dont waste your time trying to get resolution to issues either- the staff do not know their work and confuse issues even more than the worlds most intricate reward scheme "ebucks"

So, been just under 2 weeks now- no response from FNB- not so little as an apology- typical.
