Take Fnb to court.

Fnb not acknowledging prescribed accounts. But after a little research I discovered that you can take your bank. Fnb to court. Good news.

Fnb thinks that I am a high risk client even though my current savings account paints a complete different picture and the lady who called me from fnb agreed. Transunion does not see me as a high risk client either. But please read the following and ask yourself is fnb actually competent. FNB_Logo4 Good day We acknowledge being in receipt of your query pertaining to your outstanding cheque account. Kindly find the attached statements indicating that the account went into default (esceeding the R7000.00 limit) and was not paid in full until same was closed on the 22 June 2007. We confirm that the outstanding funds were never recovered and therefore the account was closed as a bad debt and therefore ruined your FNB Customer Profile. Furthermore, you are not obligated to pay the amount as we have written off the debt however should as you want to pursue new/further dealings within the First Rand Group (wesbank, FNB, RMB) the balance must be settled in full. We will then refer the your profile for amendments provided that there are no other bad debt accounts. We need an acknowledgement of debt in a form an affidavit which will read as follows: I, (full names) acknowledge being indebted to FNB on my Cheque account no ********** 7438 for the amount of R 8 419.77 and I voluntarily want to pay the full balance. After we are in receipt of your affidavit, we will then furnish you with bank details for the payment. Should you opt not to pay, FNB is not pursuing recoveries for the outstanding amount and the account remains closed however your profile will remain not amended and this will only affect you when making credit applications within the First Rand Group. We trust the above will suffice Thank You Image result for Regards Sabelo S Maseko | Legal Accounts Officer | Consumer Core Banking (CCB) Risk Management| 2 First Place Bank City| Tel: (087) ********** | Cell: (0) | Fax: ********** 129|E-mail ********** To see the full legal disclaimer pertaining to this e-mail refer to the FNB web site. Hello. I don't mean to be a nag. But I am sure you heard the rumor from hellopeter that I am a credit risk. Because I have a prescribed account from over 10 years ago. My Easy account shows that that is inaccurate. And I have never missed a payment with Transunion. Is this going to be fnbs way of dealing with people who have been in debt to you. That is soulless. Is this what life has become. Nobody gets a chance too proove their worth. I am far from a credit risk. Then I was very badly manipulated into trying to sign an avadavid saying yes I owe you and I will pay you. Would you not be insulated. I'm not asking fnb for the holy grail. A cheque account. An overdraft of maybe R5000. A credit card with maybe R15000 credit. I have had an easy account with Fnb long enough to proove I am credit worthy. I chose Fnb year's ago. I came back and chose fnb again. But how you have changed. Nicole Bromilow Show quoted text
