Takatso Fixed My Problem

Fnb phoned me and offered me a better baking package, i took the package and my new cheque card was delivered, i then wanted to upgrade my credit card as well and was told i cannot - even though FNB phoned me and offered me the package in the first place. I phoned and emailed and no one helped me, responded or cared. I was so angry i was ready to close my account. I went into FNB & Takatso helped me, he was patient courteous and knowledgeable, he fixed my account and sorted everything out. <br> <br> Please FNB dont offer packages to clients when they dont qualify it might cost you your customer.
