There should be a no star rating for the service you get from *********** people , I went into the bank to close my business account and resolve issues on my personal account , there were 3 staff members trying to help of which non could help me close my account or resolve my issues it's pathetic after waiting over an hour to be served , I now want all my accounts at FNB closed , I have had nothing but issues from this bank sinse u opened the accounts , they first made a mistake on my address and said I lived in Saudi Arabia but I was born and live in South Africa it took 3 branch visits to resolve that issue I have now had enough of their *********** employees
