I had a personal loan with them 7 years ago i paid for one year and lost my job , now i wanted to start paying them again , but they told me that i cant becouse the account was closed by the bank and that i just have to wait for them to remove my name from the credit bureau after 3 to 5 years , just want to know what must i do now becouse i m stuck cant do anything .
