systems are not user friendly.

The ewallet service is sickening. We even get charged for using the service as non FNB clients. I have struggled with the service for 3 consecutive occasions. Do not test your systems on us clients it is such an inconvenience, I am not an FNB client and I would not advise anyone to use it!!! I was sent R200 imagine the hustle I had to go through before I could withdraw the funds R196 was available and I only managed to get R150. You charge the client sending an ewallet as well as the receiver . This is day light *******. Cashless transactions doesn't have to feel like an admin. It is not working and it is no efficient! Imagine having to put an old person under such a stress.
