System not updated

FNB does not update their system, I had a temporary loan in December which was repaid at the end of the month, I had another loan which I paid it up on the 02 March, till today my profile still shows the 2 loan accounts and that derails my plans. When I go to the branch they refer me to call the loan department but I still struggle to get those loans account off my profile or get paid up letters emailed to me.
