System issue

I have waited in the branch for more than 2 hours with ticket 24 I understood that the que is long due to the long weekend at the door I was assisted by a consultant of which I told him the card will expire month end and will not be around to renew the card he advised that the que will take long. Up on meeting with the consultant that helped she told me that if she gives me the card today 2023-12-18 the system will charge me R120 and later after the 20th it will be free. My pleas is that the system favours us the ones who can only access the bank at unusual time.
