System failure and endless run around

On the 31st of March I did an electronic transfer of funds, all the rules were followed, however a system glitch stopped the actual transfer from happening. On Saturday morning I called my Premier banker (who is unfortunately on leave) spoke to a banker and was transferred to the Electronic banking division, after holding for FORTY MINUTES, I called Premier banking again, after having told my story again, and again I still did not get the problem resolved. This morning before 07:00 i sent a mail to my Premier banker and requested a solution, - in the hope that someone will respond. 7 hours and numerous calls later, I still do not have a satisfactory response from FNB. The banking system that is supposed to work for me (and for which I am paying) is not worth it. Any other bank will be better at this stage.
