System currently unavailable when buying electricity

I used to have no problem buying electricity on my FNB mobile phone App. For the past few weeks it keeps telling me "System currently unavailable". I'm a bit fed up with this now; I don't have this problem when purchasing through Capitec... Why is this happening?
