Switching to FNB is a nightmare!!!

I am beyond tired of writing complaints and trying to follow up with FNB, spending so much time on the phone to no avail. I opened up my account at the end of September. Sent through all the required forms on the 29/09/17 to Tshepo Mkapi. And got no feedback, I tried emailing and calling him and got no response. I complained, had half my problem solved, about my credit card, and was told that I have to go into a branch to check if my debit orders are sorted. I already had to go into the bank to get a confirmation letter for my HR as this was also not sorted. I eventually got a call on the 25/10/17, almost a month later from FNB to let me know my debit orders aren't sorted because I didn't fill in some pages, which I know I did, so I sent through the original email I sent to Tshepo on the 29th to Kkassen@fnb to which he responded that he could see I sent through all the forms. So why did I only get a call a month later? Needless to say my debit orders were not sorted out, lucky I had the extra money in my other account to ensure it didn't bounce as FNB would not have paid for that. I only have 3 debit orders to sort and FNB could not sort this out, furthermore none of my beneficiary were loaded, and I was instructed to do so myself on the app, why FNB makes you fill out all these forms if they still expect you to sort everything out? So my issues are the following: 1. My debit orders, please I need confirmation when these are sorted I can not wait another month. 2. My account is not on the bundle pricing despite have my cheque and credit card, I'm getting charged separate fees. 3. Confirmation that my variation order for my home loan account still is valid as I have met all criteria, FNB have been dragging their feet in sorting this out.

I hope these are all sorted soon, I'm stuck with FNB because of my home loan, but does not mean they should treat their clients like this. I really don't won't to have to write another complaint.
