Switching to FNB disaster!

Switching to FNB disaster.

They make it seem like such a seamless process! But it's not! Now I have accounts in arrears.

Dismal fail at switching over my debit order details to FNB. My accounts are in arrears, receiving notifications that my debit orders are not successful. Ive never had such issues. My accounts are always paid on time. Now I fear my service providers may cut off my services at any time because of FNB. The only successful debit orders are those that I personally did myself because they were not moving on their status updates. And those associated with First Rand, car and home loan. But still even that was a fail. I was made to fill out a variation agreement form to have my interest rate decreased as a valued FNB client. They said this should be effective as from when the first salary with into the FNB account. And nothing! The same Not reduced installment went off my account! Epic fail switching to FNB and I regret it
