Switching process not as efficient as advertised

I have been trying to switch banks from Standard Bank to FNB since December 2014. The switching process has not been as efficient as it is advertised to us as the public. Firstly, the online switching process does not function properly as I was unable to retrieve my application to complete the process. After that I received lots of calls from FNB agents regarding my application. I advised them who i was dealing with and requested a note to be placed on my file, that was never done. I sent through all my documents that were required for my debit orders to be switched, only one has been moved to FNB and when I requested a follow up with the agent that was dealing with my application I did not get any response with regards to how far the debit order switching process is to date. This is becoming a problem as I am now dishonouring some of my debits as it is becoming a mission to handle two accounts instead of one. Because of the struggle that I have had I have decided to stay with Standard Bank and reverse my application with FNB. Can FNB please stop falsely advertising the switching process as a quick and easy one as it is not?
