Switching of debit orders

I have switched banks in November 2014 from ABSA to FNB. I have send all paper work (salary and debit switching forms. FNB employees did not do their job. My LIFE, CAR and FUNERAL cover elapsed my credit card has been paid because FNB rejects debit orders. I went Killerney Mall branch I spoke to demanded to speak to the manager. I was taken to the supervisor Moses, who he rudely told me that some staff members where on holiday. That was not my problem if their staff members are on leave.I submitted everything why should I suffer.

I have sent complaints to the Head Office. They responded to assist, they did not. I went again to the branch to close the account Mr Ryno Van Lingen advices me not to close the he promised to assist me. Debit orders keep on rejected. I went back again to the branch Ryno did not have time to attend me. He referred me to be assisted by Natasha.

End of June 2015 I went to the branch and close the account. Even an apology, you will never get from FNB Killerney Mall.

This is Heart breaking situation that I find myself in. I will never recommend anyone close to me to have business with FNB

Disgusted and shock by the service.
