Switching banks is easy??

I was told that switching to FNB would be easy and everything would be done for me. It is now going on three weeks. Only half of my debit orders have been switched to my FNB account and the other, including my salary, are still on my Nedbank account. My debit orders start going off in 2 days and due to this they are going to bounce. I phone FNB customer care and get told that a query will be logged and then I get no feedback. If I had known this was going to be such a pain with switching banks I would've rather stayed with my current bank.
