Switching banks, FNB does not live up to promises

I am so sick of fighting for things that are due to me. Since January 2016 I called FNB Premier to let them know I'm not earning ebucks and today the 8th of April 2016 they back date 2700 ebucks for 5 months which is still not right. I logged on to my ebucks profile and it says reward level 3 but not qualified, 20% discount but not qualified.

Why do I pay the same bank fees as every other FNB Premier client but I have to fight for my rewards and spend air time calling FNB 50 times to get what is due to me?

I have never been in arrears on my account ever, I even have over R10k in my savings pocket but yet I get treated like I don't matter. To top things off I don't even have a personal banker which FNB gloats that every premier client has.

By the end of business today (8/4/2016) if I do not hear back from FNB I am going to change my bank to Capitec, who I'm sure will treat me like the valued client I am.
