Switch to FNB is impossible!

I would like to express my extreme disappointment upon trying to switch from Standard Bank to FNB. The process started more than a month ago, and I am now advised that they will not be able to assist me with the overdraft I qualified for, due to documentation that was sent to an incorrect e-mail address by FNB. No one followed up with me in 17 days to request that I sign the overdraft quote to ensure that it doesn't expire. No one assisted me with my debit orders that needed to be transferred. And the best of all FNB then charges me R180 service fee for an account that has been open a month, but I have not been able to move. I now gave instruction to close the account and I will remain with Standard Bank. Thank you for a huge waste of my time, not to speak about the unnecessary credit checks that is now influencing my credit profile negatively.

I have had two people contact me to inform me that a formal complaint has been logged and that my application is with the Premier Banking team. From last week 20 May 2016 I have not heard anything from FNB.
