Switch to FNB in 2 months
Switch to FNB in 10 min? its been over a month and I am still having issues.

* stood in line for an hour to collect my card at sandton branch only to find out the card was not active and had to fight with FNB over the phone before they would activate the card

* countless interactions with debit order switching department to get the correct information to switch my debit orders

* 1 month later my salary has not been switched and debit orders are coming off my account which now has a negative balance and I am left to run around paying off accounts and ensuring money is in the correct place.

* complaints to FNB are not addressed, nobody calls to try and address the situation and I am left fixing the mess that FNB has made with my accounts

This has left me with penalties charged for debit orders bouncing and ruining my credit rating.

Thanks for nothing FNB i might as well have stayed with Standard bank as they never treated me so poorly.

I am considering cancelling my FNB account because I have never received such disgusting customer service in my life before!
